About You

• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service or a similar role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues
• Able to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic about growing your career and learning across different outlets
• Reliable, self-motivated, and solutions-focused with a can-do attitude
• Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
• Full working rights in Australia

About the Role

• Provide exceptional service to guests across a variety of F&B settings, ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish
• Support Mini Bar operations, ensuring stock is maintained, presented, and delivered efficiently
• Assist with In-Room Dining (IRD) service, delivering orders promptly and with attention to detail
• Step in to support other F&B outlets when business demands it, maintaining consistency in service standards
• Set up tables, event materials, and service areas while ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and responding to their service needs
• Follow all company and safety procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
• Maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets at all times
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
