This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. This is a fast paced position.
Position Summary
The Turndown Attendant Lead is responsible for overseeing and performing evening turndown services with the highest standards of luxury and discretion at Alila Ventana Big Sur. This role ensures that each guest room reflects the property's commitment to care, serenity, and exceptional guest experience. The Lead will guide, train, and support the turndown team while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency in nightly operations.
