Duties and responsibilities related to the Hotel Switchboard Supervisor

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel switchboard and guest services, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through regular coaching, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain prompt, professional, and courteous service at all times, anticipating and resolving guest needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with multiple departments, including Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage, to ensure smooth operational flow and timely resolution of guest requests.
• Monitor, prepare, and analyse daily operational reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback, to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for switchboard and guest services, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency, communication, and overall guest experience, driving a culture of excellence.

About You

You have previous experience in hotel front office or guest services operations, ideally within the premium segment. Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities, you take a guest-focused approach in everything you do. With proven leadership skills, you are able to motivate, guide, and support your team while maintaining professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail.
