The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the guest and colleague experience in Prairie Kitchen and Bar (3-meal restaurant & bar) and MPLS Market (grab & go coffee and sundries). This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction, training, and may include supporting basic management responsibilities. The F&B Supervisor plays a significant role in the overall F&B Outlet performance and drives the guest experience.
