🚀 Your Mission
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all preventive and corrective maintenance activities within the resort, ensuring the optimal functioning of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
Your challenge will be to uphold technical excellence, drive energy efficiency, and support the resort's commitment to sustainability and innovation.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring ongoing training and compliance with safety standards.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across all technical areas (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, ensuring immediate satisfaction of guests and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the department's budget and negotiate with suppliers and service providers.
• Coordinate audits and technical certifications, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations.
• Implement energy efficiency and sustainability measures to optimize electricity, water, and fuel consumption.
• Participate in renovation, modernization, and infrastructure improvement projects.

• Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar).
  
• Previous experience in maintenance management in hotels, resorts, or large-scale facilities.
  
• Knowledge of safety regulations, sustainability, and energy efficiency standards.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  
• Proficiency with CMMS (maintenance management software) and Microsoft Office.
  
• Languages: English and Portuguese required.
