Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations
- Champion guest satisfaction and lead by example in service delivery
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across departments
- Drive profitability and operational efficiency in line with brand standards
- Oversee Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance
- Manage room inventory, guest check-ins/outs, and front office performance
