Salary Description: AED 3,500/- pm with accommodation and food
Oversee and maintain all hotel IT systems including PMS, POS, back-office applications, networks, servers, and hardware.
Ensure the smooth functioning of all hotel software systems and coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and upgrades.
Provide daily support to hotel departments for IT-related issues, ensuring minimum downtime and efficient service delivery.
Manage IT security policies, data backups, and system integrity in line with hotel and brand standards.
Train and support hotel staff in the proper use of IT systems and applications.
Monitor IT asset inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and replacement as per standards.
Liaise with corporate IT (if applicable) and external vendors for projects, updates, and compliance requirements.
Support guest-related IT services such as internet access, IPTV, and other in-room technologies.
Ensure adherence to UAE hotel industry standards, data privacy regulations, and brand IT requirements.
Minimum 2–4 years of IT experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, accounting, HRIS, and other hotel-related software).
Hands-on experience with networking, servers, firewalls, and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with international hotel brand IT standards is an advantage.
UAE hotel experience preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
