Nithin Aravind Appointed Director of Human Resources at The Ritz Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre
The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre has appointed Nithin P. Aravind as its new Director of Human Resources.
Nithin brings over 12 years of luxury hospitality experience, much of which has been shaped within The Ritz-Carlton brand. His career began at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal in 2012, where he spent nearly a decade in progressive HR roles. Rising from HR Coordinator to Assistant Recruitment Manager, he played a key role in strengthening recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the development of talent across the property.
He later expanded his expertise with leadership roles at The Dubai Edition Hotel, W Dubai The Palm, and most recently as Preopening HR Manager at The Biltmore Hotel Villas Dubai, where he led recruitment strategies, training programs, and performance management initiatives.
In his new role at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, Nithin will oversee the human resources function with a focus on recruitment, talent development, and associate engagement, further reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to excellence and the growth of its Ladies and Gentlemen.
