Heading the overall operations of HR department across the three properties of Sharjah National Hotels with a total staffing of 350. I am responsible for areas of Recruitment & Retention, Employee Relations, Salary and Benefits, Work Compensation, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Legal Compliance, and other employee related tasks.

I have created HR Policies and Procedures of Sharjah National Hotels from scratch and ensure that all are in line with the new UAE Labor Laws. I follow up and guide HODs for their department SOPs, updating Job Descriptions as well as Succession Planning.
